Headlining the evening is Chef Tim Butler, the acclaimed chef-owner of Bangkok’s Eat Me, known for his bold, globally inspired cuisine and decades of international culinary expertise.

Joining him is Chef Prince, Executive Chef of Lumi Restaurant at AMANOR Hotel Chiang Mai. Under his direction, Lumi has earned TripAdvisor’s “Best of the Best” 2025 recognition, establishing itself as one of Chiang Mai’s standout dining destinations.
