On Friday, July 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM, two of Asia’s most celebrated chefs – Chef Prince from lumi Restaurant and Chef Tawan from Cha La Restaurant and Bar – will converge to present an unforgettable five-course gastronomic journey.

This exclusive "4 Hands Dinner" is a rare opportunity to witness culinary brilliance in motion. Chef Prince, an Empyrean-trained virtuoso with a decade of shaping Perth's multi-award-winning establishments, brings a profound understanding of flavor and sophisticated technique. 

He joins forces with Chef Tawan, a progressive alchemist celebrated for revolutionizing textures and the very essence of fine dining at Cha La Restaurant and Bar. Together, they will orchestrate a journey of flavors, blending their distinct styles into a cohesive and innovative menu.

The meticulously crafted 5-course menu is designed to tantalize the senses, with each dish expertly complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing:
  • OYSTER SYMPHONY by Chef Prince: Andaman oyster, Doi Dam sturgeon caviar, Lychee honey-citrus glaze, shallot gelée, pomelo zest, white mint.

  • CHILLED KHAO YAI GREEN GRAPE GAZPACHO by Chef Tawan: Jamon Iberico Bellota, Green pea mousse, Abul vinegar pickled cucumber, Young tarragon leaves, Taggiasca olive oil, Crunchy GraNola.
    • Wine Pairing: Pares Balta Cava Brut, Spain (Sparkling)
